DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Under Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 on Consumer Online Dispute Resolution, starting on 9 January 2016, consumers will be able to settle disputes with entrepreneurs in relation to online purchase contracts or online service contracts out of court via an online platform ( OS platform).
